About this project
Tiha is a software project by Sergej Nejc Gorišek. Contact [email protected] with questions. These terms cover the website, feedback service and free app downloads. The Privacy Policy explains how website feedback and support correspondence are handled.
You may download, install and use the available apps free of charge for personal or work use. You retain ownership of your content. This permission does not grant access to private source repositories or permission to redistribute, rebrand or sell the software or artwork. Third-party components retain their own licences.
Downloads and availability
Twelve apps are available for Linux, Windows and Android. The downloads page lists versions, system requirements and checksums. Mail and Chat are still in the works.
The apps are free to use, with no subscription or account requirement. Any future pricing change would be explained before a purchase; there is no automatic charge.
Keep encrypted backups of your work. When moving authenticator accounts, keep your existing authenticator and recovery codes until you have checked the new setup.
Using this website
You may browse the site and use the feedback form for genuine product ideas and bug reports. Use it lawfully and respect other people’s rights and privacy.
- Do not submit spam, malware, unlawful material or content you have no right to share.
- Do not post another person’s confidential information, passwords or private app data.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass submission limits or disrupt the website.
We may reject submissions or restrict abusive requests to protect the site and other visitors. That does not prevent lawful security research or reporting a vulnerability privately to [email protected].
Feedback and moderation
No account is needed to send feedback. Feature requests enter private review and may be declined, combined with similar ideas or edited for clarity before publication. Publication, implementation and a delivery date are not guaranteed. Bug reports remain private.
By submitting an idea, you allow us to store and review it and, for an approved feature request, edit and display the public wording on the board to discuss and develop the products. This is a non-exclusive permission for those purposes, not a transfer of ownership or permission to publish a private bug report.
Please do not submit ideas subject to someone else’s confidentiality terms. Unless we agree separately, feedback does not create a payment, partnership, employment or confidentiality agreement. We may remove published personal information or unlawful content and update statuses as plans change.
The anonymous form does not collect an email address and cannot promise a direct reply. Use [email protected] if you need a response.
Your content and our work
Your notes, tasks, documents, recordings and other app content remain yours. These website terms give us no ownership of that content, and local app content is not submitted to us simply because you visit this site.
The website’s design, artwork, branding and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Any use beyond what these terms, a product licence or the law permits needs the relevant rights holder’s permission. Third-party components keep their own licences and notices.
You may link to this website and its public release notes. Nothing here prevents uses allowed by law, including applicable exceptions for quotation, accessibility or interoperability.
Local data and backups
The local apps keep separate encrypted vaults. We do not provide a service that can recover a forgotten vault passphrase, and local storage alone is not a backup. Keep supported encrypted backups and the credentials needed to open them.
Deleting an app, clearing its profile, losing a device or damaging storage can affect access to your work. Review an app’s instructions before deleting or migrating data. Decrypted exports and files you share are controlled by their destination.
This information explains how the products work. It does not waive any legal responsibility or statutory rights that apply to software you obtain.
Support and external services
Contact [email protected] for questions, complaints and private security reports. Include the product and a concise description, using fictional or redacted examples where possible. There is no guaranteed response time or paid service level unless agreed separately.
External links and optional integrations are provided for their stated purpose. The destination’s terms and privacy practices apply to information you deliberately send there. Naming an external service does not imply that every product connects to it or that we control that service.
Responsibility and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Development descriptions and planned features should be read alongside their stated limits. Contact us if something appears incorrect.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer protections, data-protection rights and any rights attached to a product or purchase remain available. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver, compensation obligation or automatic forfeiture of your rights.
Law, complaints and changes
These terms are governed by Slovenian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you as a consumer in your country of residence. They do not require you to give up a court or remedy available under applicable law.
For a concern or complaint, email [email protected] or use the project link above. We will consider the issue and seek a practical resolution. Privacy complaints may also be raised with the relevant supervisory authority, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may revise these website terms as the site develops and will update the effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or replace separately agreed product or purchase terms.
